If I could give minus figures I would. Told me I needed id to collect my wife's phone so cancelled the order and asked for it to be sent back and ordered one under my own name. When collecting I was never asked for ID then then 'lost' my wife phone that should have been sent back with the contract sim. Not the first time they have messed me around either. I would avoid this 02 like the plague!
